A Sound bath is a luxurious gift of self love and soul care.
A Sound Bath with Beth is a relaxing and transformational experience.
The sound cuts through the mind and takes you into the love and beauty of the heart and Soul.
Beth guides you through a gentle meditation to support you in working with/accessing the highest wisdom of your Soul.
Beth uses bells, wave drums, the gong, crystal bowls, wind chimes and her voice to channel sacred sounds.
A sound Bath with Beth is unique and she weaves 15 years of devotion, magic and of the sacred wild into her sessions.
No experience is necessary to enjoy in a Sound Bath and all abilities and bodies are welcomed.
Most people prefer to lie down on a yoga mat to listen to the sound of the Gong.
You are very welcome to use a chair if you have restricted mobility.
The sound of the Gong and crystal bowls can be quite loud at times and caution is advised if you suffer with dizziness or sound sensitivity.
A Sound Bath is not suitable if you are pregnant or epileptic. If you have any concerns whether a sound bath would be suitable please consult your GP before booking.
