Fritham | 7:30am – 9:30am | Sunday 6th July & Saturday 2nd August | £25 Begin your summer morning with a deeply restorative Sound Bath held beneath the ancient trees of Fritham, in a peaceful woodland clearing where an underground spring flows quietly beneath the land. Beth will guide you through a meditative sound journey using gongs, drums, percussion, chimes, and voice, inviting deep rest and reconnection in nature’s embrace. What to Bring: Please bring a yoga mat, sleeping bag (to lie inside), blanket, pillow, and wear comfortable clothing. Dress mindfully for tick season — long sleeves and trousers are recommended. Where to Meet: Please park at Eyeworth Pond, Fritham, Lyndhurst. Use What3Words: ///relies.vegans.saying From there, it’s a 10-minute walk into the forest — follow the wide woodland path and look for signs guiding you to Beth. Please note: There are no toilet facilities on site. In the event of poor weather: If a heavy downpour is forecast, Beth will contact you 24 hours in advance. The event will be cancelled and your ticket refunded in full.

Cancellation Policy
Refund Policy and Procedures 1. No Refunds Policy. All bookings for the Spirit Guide Development Circle, Sound Baths and all bespoke sessions are non-refundable. 2. Transfer of BookingsIf you are unable to attend a booked session, you may transfer your place to another participant, provided prior notice is given. Transfers must be arranged by the original participant and Beth must be informed in advance. 3. Missed Sessions For drop-in sessions: Missed sessions are not refundable or transferable to future dates. 4. Cancellation by Beth In the rare event that a session must be cancelled by Beth, participants will be offered either: A rescheduled session at a later date, or A credit toward a future session or event.No monetary refunds will be issued. 5. Emergency Considerations. While refunds are not offered, if you experience an emergency or exceptional circumstances, please contact Beth to discuss possible alternative arrangements at her discretion. By booking a session or circle, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy. If you have any questions, please reach out before booking.
