Last Tuesday of each month | 10am – 12pm | £7.50 per session
Join a warm, creative space designed specifically for neurodivergent adults. The Neurodivergent Art and Wellbeing Club is a monthly session where you can explore a range of artistic techniques at your own pace, in an inclusive and welcoming environment.
Artist and facilitator Beth Macey-Macleod guides each session, which is fun and relaxing. Beth creates a safe space for you to focus on play, building confidence, wellbeing, and developing transferable creative skills.
🖌 No experience is needed – just curiosity and a willingness to explore.
💬 Peer support and gentle conversation are part of the experience.
🎨 All materials are included.
This is a grassroots, community-led group that is currently self-funded by Beth. Financial resources are limited at present, but the vision is to grow into a fully supported and sustainable programme.
After each session, participants are invited to complete an anonymous feedback form to help shape future sessions and support future funding applications.
