My Values, FAQS and Terms
My Values
Respect and Inclusivity I honour each person’s unique path, lived experience, creative expression and way of being. My spaces — whether sound baths, circles, workshops, online gatherings or 1:1 sessions — are created to be welcoming, respectful and inclusive. Support and Empowerment My work is about creating spaces that support people to reconnect with themselves, trust their inner knowing, explore their creativity, and deepen their relationship with body, soul and the natural world. Compassion I approach this work with kindness, patience and care. My intention is to create grounded, supportive spaces where people can meet themselves honestly, at their own pace, and with greater compassion for themselves. Active Listening and Clear Communication I value thoughtful, respectful communication. I aim to listen well, communicate clearly, and create spaces where people feel heard. Grounded Growth I believe that growth is most supportive when it is grounded. My work invites reflection, healing, expansion and reconnection in ways that honour the body, personal boundaries, and each person’s unique rhythm and timing. Mindfulness and Self-Responsibility Participants are encouraged to engage at their own pace, listen to their body, honour their capacity, and choose what feels supportive for them. Confidentiality and Trust What is shared within circles, sessions and community spaces is treated with care and respect. I also ask participants to honour the confidentiality of others.
