TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By booking onto any of Beth's healing sessions, workshops, courses, or retreats, you are entering a contract that has the following conditions:
It is recommended to seek appropriate medical/professional advice before undertaking any exercise regime.
You agree to participate in this healing session/mentoring session/workshop/course or retreat, and accept it is your responsibility to abide by the code of ethics and practice.
You give your consent for the healing session/mentoring session/workshop/course or retreat, to be carried out knowing that no guarantee is given with regards to the outcome of any healing that is practised.
You are of balanced mind and have no physical or mental condition that could prevent you from participating in this course.
You take full legal responsibility for the outcome of the healing session/mentoring session/workshop/course or retreat.

You take full legal responsibility for yourself as a Practitioner, Mentor and/or Master of Rainbow Ray Healing.
Beth will not be liable for any loss or damage, furthermore, by booking and attending healing session/mentoring session/workshop/course or retreat, releasing her of all liability regarding any injury to self or child and any loss or damage to personal property.
Use of any equipment is entirely at your own risk and Beth accepts no responsibility for products or types of equipment used by you.
Payments
For all courses and retreats a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place. A non refundable depoist of £ 35
and shall be paid directly into the following bank account.

If you are paying monthly the subsequent five monthly band payments are due the 1st of the Month. October through to January 2023.
Cancellation Agreement
If you need to cancel your place on the Spiritual Development Course,
a) before the 1st of September 2022, there is no further amount to be paid (non-refundable deposit will not be returned).
b) after the 1st September 2022 and having paid the full amount, we will attempt to re-allocate your place on the course from our waiting list. If we are successful in re-allocating your place on the course, you will receive a full refund, minus your non-refundable deposit within 5-10 working days. If we are not able to re- allocate your place you will receive a refund for the subsequent whole months that are remaining. We do kindly request that you provide us with a courtesy E-Mail in the event of cancellation stating you no longer wish to be part of the course. No refunds shall be given part way through the month following cancellation.

c) after the 1st of September and paying monthly. If you decide the Spiritual Development Course is no longer suitable for you, you can cancel your monthly subscription at any time and you are not obliged to pay the subsequent month(s). We do kindly request that you provide us with a courtesy E-Mail in the event of cancellation stating you no longer wish to be part of the course. No refunds shall be given for Monthly Coursework payments following cancellation.
We hope to support you through any financial changes that occur on the course so please do contact us and chat about anything.
No one is going to check up on the tier you choose to give from. Your Angels will guide you inline with your financial circumstances. If circumstances change then know that this is okay.
Certification
There are 3 cycles of recognition through the Spiritual Development Course. These are Practitioner, Mentor and Master. Certification of each cycle is given upon receipt of specific coursework.
Practitioner Certification
Practitioners are certified upon;
a) submission of 3 case studies detailing their experience of working with 3 different partners and
b) an essay, to be submitted within 3 months of the end of the course, that outlines their personal and spiritual development through the course. This essay is a minimum of 500 words.
Mentor Certification:
Mentors are certified upon;
a) submission of 3 case studies detailing their experience holding group space in the form of a sharing circle, or similar space, during the 4 months of the course. It is expected that a mentor gives minimum of an hour a week holding space, and
b) the submission of an essay, to be submitted within 3 months of the end of the course, that outlines their personal and spiritual development as a mentor through the course. This essay is a minimum of 500 words.
Master Certification:
Masters are certified upon;
a) submission of 3 case studies detailing their experience holding space for both mentors and practitioners during the 4 months of the course. It is expected that a Master gives an hour a week minimum.
b) the submission of an essay, to be submitted within 3 months of the end of the course, that outlines their personal and spiritual development through the cycles of practitioner, mentor and master to include their understanding of private sacred space and their personal challenges in holding space. This essay is a minimum of 600 words.
Terms

The term ‘holding space’ describes providing support in the form of time. I.e. for an hour.
The term ‘ cycle’ describes a level of development through the Spiritual Development Course.
